6.1. Confidential Information: Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any confidential information received from the other party during the course of service provision.

6.2. Protection of Information: Each party agrees to protect confidential information with the same degree of care that it uses to protect its own confidential information of similar importance, but in no event less than reasonable care.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Disclaimer of Warranties: THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

7.2. Limitation of Liability: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KEMENO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

8. Term and Termination

8.1. Term: These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services.

8.2. Termination: We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

9.2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Berlin, Germany.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
